Common questions
Answers about subscriptions, production and day-to-day use.
No. A family account has one Growth Program subscription, and the format you choose (Text + Illustrations, Text + Illustrations + Narration…) applies to the whole account. Each child takes a seat on that plan at a flat price per seat — and when a paid seat is free, the next child takes it at no extra cost.
Yes, from My Subscriptions. A switch to a higher-priced plan takes effect right away and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of this period; a switch to a lower-priced plan, or a cancellation, takes effect at the end of the current period.
They stay in your library. Cancelling only stops new book production; you can keep reading and listening to every book already created.
